Long Process, seems to be a .net shop all over. Question were very much related to scenarios or resume experience. First interview (30 min) was a recruiter screen, not technical at all. Second interview (45 min) with hiring manager pretty technical somewhat based on resume experience. Last interview was a panel interview with 3 lead and senior engineers on the team.
