Met a panel of 4-5 people. Pretty technical. Mostly to do with stuff they think you’ll use daily. Was also asked to read and correct and engineering assembly drawing. Fundamental concepts must be applied well to succeed
They will have initial phone interview and then in person you will present to a couple of engineer about an idea you must come up with to a problem. Mine was create a surgical piece of equipment to create a space in the spine.

Initial interview with hiring manager was easygoing, but asked some specific questions based on expertise listed on my resume. Recruiter reached out for setting up a follow up interview, I sent times and the recruiter never responded.
