5 people interviewed for 2 hours. It was long. It was onsite. The interview itself wasn't bad but the process was a bit hard. I applied online and the recruiter called. Phone screen, followed by onsite interview

Question 1
Describe the situation where you handled with ease
It was a three step interview process in total. The first two were phone screenings (recruiter then hiring manager) and last was in person with the team. In person was 3+ hours
It was fairly smooth with average level difficulty. Had first round with HR, then hiring manager and final on-site round when it was a round by round panel and individual interview
Incredibly disjointed, with poor communication by hiring managers. Multiple interviews where the interviewers seemed to not know they were supposed to be interviewing me. After multiple rounds of interviews, the hiring manager just ghosted me and never replied to even tell me I was not going to be extended an offer
