The first two introductory interviews went fantastic and they were really excited to speak with me and were enthusiastic about moving me to the next 5 rounds of interviews, even giving me some insight as to what to expect. I really liked who I had spoke to, they were incredibly nice and personable. I waited 3 weeks (while checking in after week of not hearing anything and being ghosted for a week and a half) then checking in again to be told I should be hearing from the interview scheduler soon, not hearing anything for another full week, and then hearing back with an apology for the delay due to people being out on PTO and them trying to figure out peoples schedules so we can move forward with the next round of interviews. Today I received a rejection letter letting me know in all that time they led me on, they filled the role. Incredibly unprofessional and goes in line with every other experience I've read on here about them doing this to people (even rejecting someone the day before their next round). To say I am incredibly furious would be an understatement. They are not transparent and I don't have a good thing to say about any of this.
