1. Phone screen with team director
2. In-person interviews with team
3. Additional interviews with more team members, lunch (their catered daily onsite lunch), CEO interview
The phone screen lasted about 30 minutes and consisted mostly of talking through marketing strategies. Nothing too complicated.
In-person day one: 1:1 interviews that ranged from conversational to challenging/focused on past experience and what ideas/initiatives I would bring to their team. Notably lovely people all around.
In-person day two: CEO interview focused on marketing-related challenges. It was the sort of tricky process where you can either choke entirely or just go with it and try to think outloud and see if your brain works in a way that's conducive to your would-be boss. I found the conversation interesting and useful on my side too, because it gave me a powerful sense of what it would be like to work with that person. The CEO didn't ask me anything about myself or my past experience, but that had been covered in my six prior interviews anyway.
