The interview process was smooth and nice. The people I met are responsive and helpful. The initial phone interview is general bq, and the technical round focuses on domain-specific knowledge, hands-on experience.

I think that companies need to choose between take home assignments and full loops. You can't do both. Each builds up a lot of anxiety. Take homes take time and energy and interviews do too. Glowforge chose to have both.
