I received an automated response email that I was not qualified and a couple of days later got an email for a 30 min call. The job was explicitly posted as a remote position but on the call, they stated they are looking for someone to relocate and did not even bother to interview me the rest of the way when I stated I cannot relocate at the time. I had high hopes for a progressive company but it seems very unprofessional to not address that prior.
