Interview
Lots of interviews, onsite visit, meet with several teammates - great for getting a sense of the company. I don't know how someone currently employed could schedule all the time required but it was great experience for me as I was not employed at the time. You do get to use the Glowforge product when going onsite, which is awesome!
The application process was very nice. They made and effort to let you know an actual person was reading over you application and they got back to me in a timely manner.
