Followed up with application after five days. Signed an NDA. Applied to Recruiter position, but during the interview it was stated that they were looking to fill the Sourcer position instead. Interviewer was emotionless and monotone -felt like they did not want to partake. Ghosted afterwards. Did not appear to be a warm environment and lack of follow up and enthusiasm let’s me know I dodged a bullet.

Company reached out to schedule a first call, told me they'd need me to sign an NDA and asked for my availability. Two days later I received a canned, generic rejection email - when I followed up with the scheduler who reached out, she sent me the same, canned auto-reject email (both of which came from a no-reply email address). If their recruiting process is run like this, I'm glad to avoid even progressing in the interview process - but talk about a lack of respect.
