Recruiter called several minutes after our scheduled time, then asked me to hold because they were so overwhelmed with their day and needed time to get themselves together. They seemed really unprepared, fumbling through questions, sounded distracted and typing loudly. I had a second interview, where like other reviews noted, they asked me hyper specific questions about how I would accomplish things and build out initiatives specifically for Glowforge vs asking me to relate it to prior experience. Should have seen the screening call as a major red flag and not bothered with the second interview.
