8 different interviews with teammates - each 45-1.5 hours long 30 minute prep with recruiter before each stage Once I got to final step with CEO I was told there would be 2 more 1 hour interviews - didn't hear back from the team for two weeks had to follow up again and again - only to be told they are going in a 'different direction'. And then the role was closed. Very poor candidate experience especially because I was so generous with my time.
