Glowforge interview questions

I applied and got an email from the recruiter the next day asking for a phone screening. I passed and had a 30 minute phone interview with the Director of Finance. The recruiter emailed me telling me I made it to the final video interview loop which was an all day interview. I told the recruiter my time availability and she asked for a start time outside of my presented time frame but I agreed to be flexible. I went through the first two interviews which was an hour long each. I had a 2.5 hr gap in between and an interview with the CFO and Head of a Customer Success. After my last interview in the morning, the recruiter reached out to cancel my afternoon interviews. I asked if it was performance related and she told me she would give me an update after she got more news. She reached out the next morning telling me that they needed someone with more experience. I thought it was completely unprofessional and so inconsiderate of my time to just cancel halfway through. It made me feel really unworthy and disrespected to be quite honest. I have never experienced an experience interviewing like this to be quite honest and be cancelled on halfway through the interviews. I hope they realize that someone else has also carved out their schedule for them. This not working out was a blessing in disguise. Wish Glowforge the best.

They contacted me within a day of applying but then when it came to scheduling interviews they constantly rescheduled. The process is a phone screen with HR, a phone interview with the department head, and then an in-person interview and tour. The initial phone screen was rescheduled twice. Then the follow-up interview with the department head was rescheduled due to personal reasons, so they were going to have another person interview me who also rescheduled. Every part of the interview process was rescheduled and delayed. I think it speaks volumes about their company culture that they don't prioritize people's time.
