Interview
I applied in August for a Product Manager position. I received notification that day that they received my application. The every Friday for the next 8 weeks, I received an email saying how glad they were that so many people were interested in the position and that they were still looking at candidates. Then the "sorry, we filled this position" email the next week. In fact they were just keeping me in a holding pattern while they interviewed others. Because I certainly don't believe they interviewed and hired all in one week. Completely unprofessional.
