Glumac interview questions

Very pleasant. Two of the company's principals took me to lunch and had good questions. They wanted me to explain my expertise. Very relaxing conversations between all parties. They were very open to my questions of their management style.

The interview consisted of a small number of individuals who were a part of the department I was applying to be a part of. The interview was about 2 hours and was followed by a tour of the office in downtown Los Angeles. The atmosphere was positive and collaborative, and allowed for an interview revolving around conversation and interest rather than interrogation or script. Overall it was a very positive experience.
