3 total assesments, a phone interview and an in person interview. Assesments were easy, but did great to ensure the minimal knowledge needed for position/training was there. Overall the process was smooth and easy, the people are very nice and recruiter was extremely engaged and knowledgeable. I am impressed with the facilities and recruiting process, they are above and beyond any prior experience with padt employers.
