Complete waste of time,disgusting how i was treated with having 14 positive years of outbound telesales experience,7 of which I was a manager and trained staff,I they pestered me for days on the run up to the appointment to check i was still going, turned up, did the completely irrelevant interview spent 5 HOURS there, there was 30 of us and 4 people interviewing us and they decided to not offer me the job! No explanation as to why! There where people there that couldn't string a sentence together and where common as muck yet they got a personal interview! I am guessing it's because I walk with a crutch and think I can't work yet I was born with the condition and it hasn't stopped me working ever! They clearly discriminate against disabled people!
