Phone interview with HR Recruiter, then in person interview at Go Daddy office I get to the office 10 mins early and wait 20 mins to have a manager show up. It is not the person I was told to ask for since they are busy so they just found whoever was free and sent them down. They had never looked at my resume and after asking the generic 'tell me a time ...' questions had me shadow an employee where I wasn't allowed to ask any questions just sit and listen.
