A Godaddy recruiter contacted me after finding my resume online. Setup a phone screen with the hiring manager, and then followed up with a second phone screen with an engineer. The screenings were pretty in-depth, and everyone I spoke with was very forthcoming about what the company and culture were like.
The recruiter had me fly out for an in-person interview, which consisted of their standard corporate written test (almost SAT-type questions; this is a pretty well-known part of their hiring process), and two group interviews. One had a couple technical break-fix scenarios with a couple of engineers, while the other was with some of the managers asking typical interview-type questions.
Everyone I talked to was friendly, positive, and pretty open and honest about what it was like to work at GoDaddy. Very laid-back, "west coast" attitude from most of the employees. Casual dress. Office looked like your typical cube farm, but it was at least quiet and relatively new.
