Go Daddy came to the University career fair. The recruiter contacted me after a week. The video interview was scheduled with a senior UX Designer. They asked me to check the background of a different UX designer and during the interview, a different interviewer showed up.

Interview
A couple rounds of interviews. Once I finally got to my design managers, they were much more interested in my WHY I wanted to become a UX Designer. After working with them 2 summers, I realized they could teach anyone what they knew, but they wanted someone who had the heart to be a great designer.
