They called me up after seeing my resume on LinkedIn. Had a brief conversation with the recruiter where she analyzed what’s important, to me. I got a sense that they wanted you to say things like “culture” “promoting within” etc. I was scheduled for an in person interview and given a script to “look over”. There I waited in the lounge area with other candidates. I decided to speak to them and get a sense of what everyone’s background was and what position they were there for. I won’t go into details but it sounds like they’re willing to take anyone even hand laborers with no office experience in. We took a tour of the office, were sat down at a computer where we listen to 3 phone calls. We answer 3 questions about the 3 phone calls what we liked, what we didn’t like what could improve. From that we’re given the script, and are asked to read over it for 5 minutes and dial a recruiter who will pretend to be a customer. After doing this you’re taken to a private office where you give feedback on how you think you did and the HR person tells you how they think you did. The original recruiter walks into the room and gives you more insight on the position and role, as well as answers any questions you might have. I felt as if I did well but me bringing up how we’d have to speak about the salary. Seeing they’re giving people with 0 experience an opportunity at an equal role. Up until that moment I felt confident I was going to get an offer, once I sensed the rooms mood change.
