I had a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter from GoDaddy. I was moved on to the next round which was a 1:1 for thirty minutes and then a second 1:1 with someone else for the following thirty minutes. After that, I was taken to the area where all of the content specialists work and was asked to complete a work product assignment. The assignment was to create captions for some pictures.. (as if they were going on social media for a small business), respond to reviews, and rewrite a paragraph that had grammatical errors. When I asked what they were looking for in a potential candidate, I was told somebody with a good foundation and who is coachable. I've been working in social media for the last two years... not sure why I didn't get hired.
