I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GoDaddy (Hiawatha, IA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I talked to them at a job fair and they were super friendly. I got scheduled for an interview for the following day and it was with a different recruiter who was also friendly. The interview was very relaxed and almost informal. It did not feel like the other interviews, in that we were able to speak casually.
After that I was asked to do an online assessment that took 45 minutes that consisted of: personality questions, employment history questions, and an actual simulated sales call. It was very intense.
After that, I was asked back for a second interview at their office. That was a more in-depth interview that the first but I was asked some of the same questions and basic interview questions. That part was about 20 minutes then I was given a tour of the sales department, which was awesome.
I am waiting to here back now. They said they would have an answer for me in two week.s
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GoDaddy (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied online and had to take a sales quiz. After that was a phone interview. The next step would've been an in person interview with a couple managers. Once your hired you need to go through a training course. This whole process can take a few months so don't expect to get hired right way apply earlier than you want to start.
