I want to say it was only about 5-10 minutes. I was a rehire so I don’t think they put in much effort. Then I shadowed for 30 minutes to see how I liked it. Finally gave me a tour the place is fully remodeled looks way better then when I worked there back in 2015.

Applied online. I was given the link to do an online call center assessment a few days later. After that, I was asked to do a phone screen. During the phone screen, we set up an in-person interview. The interview was light and included a tour, a skills assessment, and a question & answer portion. It took a little more than an hour.
