I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GoDaddy in May 2014
Interview
HR called initially to setup a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the initial round, I was given a case study to solve and then moved to 3rd and 4th rounds with the director and Senior manager. 3rd and 4th rounds were more about the job and how I would fit the job description.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Case study was the one I didn't expect. They have set the page limit as 1 for the solutions which made it more tough
Expect a long and drawn-out process with at least 6 rounds.
There's no need to put people through this for a job requiring 3-5 years of experience.

Interview
I applied online, got a HR phone interview first, talked about the job description and asked a few questions about my education background and work experience. Then got a HM interview, more technical stuff. Then on-site interview, had some SQL tests, then meet with team member, they asked some questions about my technique background too. After waiting for more than a month, I final got offer. The interview process is very long. You have to be patient.
