First interview is a phone interview, and if you do good on phone they will schedule in person interview. Just be yourself! They are looking for very charismatic people to be apart of their community! Don't be nervous about the tech stuff because they will teach you! They want to make sure you are good with customers and can sell to them. Interview process was fairly easy they ask what are cookies and cache. What are servers? What is a domain?
