Interview
When first applying online they ask you what you think you can explain technology wise, if you get past that then you're given a 45min to one-hour personality test and call center experience test. If you're thinking of applying, I suggest that you review call center etiquette. Try searching for videos on the subject of training to be a call center agent or something like that. If you pass that, then you go onto a person to person interview.

Question 1
What do you think your supervisor would say if we asked them {what your personality is like, if you're late often, if you give out incorrect information to customers}?
What is your experience doing call center work? (This isn't really a question, but this is what they're asking when they give you a test to see what your skills are like.)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GoDaddy (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied online and had to take a sales quiz. After that was a phone interview. The next step would've been an in person interview with a couple managers. Once your hired you need to go through a training course. This whole process can take a few months so don't expect to get hired right way apply earlier than you want to start.
