I was approached by a recruiter at GoDaddy for the position of a Principal PM. We arranged a time to discuss in more details and eventually had a chat. Pretty straightforward intro chat about the company, position, my profile and the likes. Next step was to provide my profile to the hiring manager. And then, welcome ghosting. No further communication. I tried getting some feedback twice but with no luck. Pretty clear that it didn't move forward but also the typical for many companies unprofessional attitude where you spend some time talking to recruiters, interview committees and the likes and then they don't have a minute to tell you back it didn't work. No surprise!
