Was told that it would be mostly technical support with some sales thrown in. They went over the benefits package and their "holiday parties" in the beginning to really get our attention and draw us in. So basically it was a "here's all the awesome stuff about our company and what we offer; However we aren't going to tell you what your job will TRULY consist of doing until you're done with training."
