The signature in every HR email stating they will provide you with an update within 5 business days, which is very much untrue. I sent multiple follow up emails that were flat out ignored and heard nothing for over two months after my last call.

Incredibly easy and friendly. Only had three interviews and they were all behavioral and simple. This was for a non-technical position though so might be different for others. Interviewers were friendly and social.
