first was a group screening, then a couple rounds of personality and IQ testing, after which many people were dismissed. HR then selects from that group who to set up a 1:1 with. That consists of some basic sales and IT concept questions. Culture is very laid back. casual dress code

The hiring process is pretty simple, there is an online application and test. The response time back to my application was within a couple days and the interview was a few days later.
