Met with recruiter at my college career fair. Process took about two weeks. Recruiter scheduled interview for the following day on the spot. Initial interview was more of a "screening" type interview to see if the position and company is a good fit both ways. Initial interview is informal, casual and laid back. Recruiter was really nice. Initial screening felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.

Applied online and had to take a sales quiz. After that was a phone interview. The next step would've been an in person interview with a couple managers. Once your hired you need to go through a training course. This whole process can take a few months so don't expect to get hired right way apply earlier than you want to start.

applied online, took test online for usage with pc, and general pc/internet knowledge, interviewed with HR, and offered the job, really basic and simple, not really that difficult, super easy. the interview with the hr person was really inpersonal, and not specific to anything critical.
