Had 3 rounds that went very well from what I thought. I'm highly qualified for the position and hit it off with the hiring manager. After the 3rd round, I was waiting for a case study to be sent over. But never heard back from the recruiter. I followed up with them 4 times over more than a month of waiting, and got completely ghosted. Would have appreciated any feedback, positive or negative, but instead, was ghosted. Total waste of time, definitely will not be working for them nor referring my network to them.
