Recruiter was great and very informative and up to date. The interview with the manager was not very informative. She seemed way too young to be a manger and didn’t know certain fraud lingo. Very disappointing process to be honest. Do not recommend. Based on the way they analyze risk I have a feeling and this is just my opinion that their dispute and chargeback threshold and losses are higher than industry average. They need to higher someone within the Risk Analyst team that truly understands Credit Risk vs Fraud Risk.
