Overall, the interview process was very smooth. You first get on a screening call with a very kind recruiter which ask you questions about your experience and gives you an intro to the company. Followed by a manager interview, which asks more behavioral questions about your design process, challenges, and how you've overcome them in the past. The last stage is a panel interview with 4 managers/directors where you have to present 2 or 3 case studies and showcase what was the impact of your design decisions. Although it's not easy to handle the pressure of presenting to UX leads. They're really friendly and make you feel calm, and ask great questions about your work, they seemed to be paying a lot of attention to your whole presentation. Also, the recruiter and manager were really kind and provided you with constructive feedback, guidelines, and key tips to succeed in your final presentation. This speaks really well with what you would expect in the culture of the company. Feedback times were also really fast, which is something to appreciate.
