Overall the interview experience with GoHealth was negative and unprofessional -- specifically the recruiter I worked with. She set up an initial call, to which she never showed up to. I emailed and asked if the call was still on, to which she replied that she had to move it to the next day. Then once I finally got to the interview stage, I was told I had to have four separate interviews with four people. I had great experiences with the first three interviews, and it was great talking to them and I felt it would be a great opportunity to work with them. But for the fourth and final interview, I sat on the call for over an hour and the interviewee never showed up. The recruiter never contacted me, and I finally asked what was going on. She didn't know why the interviewee didn't show up, and said she would reach out and let me know what was going on. Fast forward to two days later, and the recruiter called me and asked to reschedule the fourth interview. I called back, the recruiter never picked up, I emailed the recruiter several more times, and never heard from her again. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, as I put in a lot of time and effort to go through each of the interviews. For the interviewee to not show up for the last interview with no explanation was upsetting. And the disappearing act from the recruiter was very unprofessional. I would have at least appreciated a note saying I didn't get the position, or the company changed their mind, or something to that extent.
