Interview process was easy. Just simple basic questions about your experiences and why you want to work there and the valve you could bring to the company. Two managers interview you at the same time.

Tell me an experience you had with a co-worker and how did you resolve it?
Standard questions but the hiring process takes six plus months to get cleared. They ask about patient care, blood pressures and injections. Overall the interview process is decent and they proceeded with the second phase.

Phone interview with the recruiter of 30 min duration and then followed by a group interview (which has 2-3 interviewers). Time duration for the second round is also 30 min.

Heard feedback very quickly. The recruiter was personable and easy to talk to. A two-part interview with the recruiter and management. Open communication, and good response times throughout. Seem willing to train and flexible.
