I applied online. The interview process took about 3 weeks, maybe 4. I had 4 different interviews and an at-home assessment that took me a number of hours to put together, but every interview happened on my own proactivity, and HR never stepped in. The hiring manager had to manage everything despite HR being CC'd on emails, and after my 4 interviews, things went dark and I had to reach out, solicited feedback, and subsequently got a generic rejection email and no feedback. I had good impressions of the team, but after not hearing back on the timeline I was told and not getting any feedback despite my hours of commitment to their process, I was quite unimpressed.
