Was put through 5 rounds of interviews with these folks, 1 of which we had the re-do because the interviewer failed to prepare me to have a better understanding of the product. She also had tech issues both times making it difficult to hear or understand her over Teams. The last interview I had was supposed to be a "meet and greet with someone I may be working with", but turned out to be the hardest interview session of them all. This interviewer asked me industry specific situational questions that I was not prepared for and was caught off guard. They mentioned to me that they have had a lot of turnover in this position and struggle to keep people who do not have specific health care experience. Knowing this and knowing that I have no health care experience, they still strung along through 5 interviews that stretcher over the course of a month. Shame on me for continuing to interview with them knowing all of these red flags and not feeling confident that they know what they want for this position.
