I had a pre screening with the recruiter which went really well. She was super friendly and insightful. She scheduled me with one of the hiring managers and that interview also went well. Both the recruiter and manager reassured me that I would be hearing back with a decision by the end of the week. End of the week approaches and nothing. I’ve been emailing trying to get an update and still nothing. I see this is a common practice here at gohealth just ghost the candidates they don’t wish to move forward with. I’ve never had a company ghost me so I can’t lie I felt a bit hurt by it. Then again they are interviewing so many candidates and probably don’t wanna go through the hassle of reaching out to all the people who interviewed either way this company sucks.
