GoHealth Urgent Care Software Tester (Automation Engineer ) interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to do a two-part assessment online. It had 2 parts and total of 1.5 hours. I completed successfully and informed the recruiter. After few days I asked for an update and recruiter said she is awaiting next steps from the Hiring Manager and will let me know by next week. Its been more than 3 weeks I haven't received a response at all. Lot of questions regarding multiple choice saying most likely, likely, less likely option to choose.
