Interview
So i applied online and got an email for a group interview within a few days,
before i attended the interview there was certificate i had to complete in order to get access
to the interview it had to printed out. So the day of the interview everyone arrived to the location i suggest arrive atleast an hour or two before your interview for 2 reasons 1 to make a great impression and 2 to meet everyone one of the most important thing is meeting people and being friendly to EVERYONE you never know who's watching and some people
were in the corner to themselves the entire interview. Fast forward to how it started the recruiters were sitting at a table where they greeted us and asked for our documents then we were told to have a seat and wait for the presentation to begin. They start by giving you info on the company; Pay,benefits, hours, when they started, Tattoo policy etc then give you a break to think about if you still want the job. Those who had visible tattoos decided to excuse themselves and others stayed behind for the next part so after about 15-20 minutes the recruiters returned they then had us stand up and introduce ourselves and tell why you want to be a flight attendant(SMILE and follow directions) so after everybody got finished we took another break to wait for the list on the door for part 3 of the interview (If your name is on the list you get a face 2 face with a recruiter but if not you'll go home) So we waited and waited while waiting we talked to eachother and then drumroll the list came everyone looked anxious so one by one we all got up to look at the list(i ended up getting a f2f HOORAY!!) so then more time to wait maybe another 30 minutes they called us in one by one to interview and i'd say it was pretty easy simple situational /customer service questions. I felt confident that it went well it was really different and slightly intimidating but just be yourself....... i interviewed on a friday got a CJO on monday GOODLUCK on your journey never stop chasing your dreams!!
