Interview
I feel their interview process is incredibly poor. It starts with a brief overview presentation, followed by introductions, another presentation, and then the interview. They make cuts after the introductions, which is where I was cut.
While I am disappointed, I’m very annoyed that I was there for two hours and fifteen minutes and didn’t even get a chance to show who I am. Additionally, I had to take the morning off from my other job (I’m trying to save to move out of my parents house, so missing the morning is not a small deal for me), drive over 60 miles round trip, and pay for all the gas and tolls to get there. I badly want to be a flight attendant and understand GoJet wanting the very best, but I feel they need to be more mindful of their applicants.
