9:00 at TSH / Go Jet Head quarter building. Everybody were friendly and professionals. When we talk about Go Jet, people still give them bitter reputation because of the 2004, company foundation process .... However, it is all past and they will give you a good deal and future. I know many pilots stepped up from here to Major and Legacy so don't get caught by others reputation. Go there and talk to the people work over there. Decide your future by your self. Interview process was basic but very smart and wise. You can't fool them. Think about this way, you takes only 3-5 interviews to get your job but they do this for living. They can smell the rotten fish tuna can very easily if you lie. Just relax and be positive. Be honest, explain any kinds of arrested record and the reasons. They are so afraid of pilots get in to trouble in Canadian custom. I heard they hire you as long as you are honest about it. I don't remember exactly what they asked me but... 1. Why do i have to hire you? 2. Why Go jet? 3. Tell us about your self 4. What are important to be in pilot? Those kind of basic questions... However, don't memorize the answers, Captain and HR are smart people so if you answer from the stock, they will smell it. They are looking for the good personality. Not the TOP GUN.
