I was invited to an open house event in Raleigh. The recruiters did a great job explaining the company and what was required from someone interested in the position. We each had to introduce ourselves and from there they chose who they wanted to stay. After chosen we got to hear more specifics about the company, training and job thereafter. They then called us out one by one for an interview.
