I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (Hollywood, CA) in Dec 2011

Interview

Pretty simple as I was referred to the VP of Sales from a current GM. Set appointmen to meet at the Hollywood location. Sat down outside and had a conversation regarding my experience as a Sales Manager. Only had 3 locations at the time so I had to start as a Sales Counselor and help open new locations before getting my own location to run as a GM.

What are the 5 most common objections in the Fitness Industry? Do you have the ability to train and develop Sales Associates on a daily basis? What is your experience with selling personal training?
