The front desk position is fairly basic and entry level. You fill out an app they give you a call to come in. Don't think being a gym that you should wear gym cloths. Dress in usual interview appropriate attire. You meet with the gm its fairly low key ask some basic experience questions what you like about the industry what you home to get out of it ect and go over pay and hours and, they were looking to hire immediately so I got started next day.
