There were a number of interviews after waiting almost a month from applying. Then HR played phone tag and had to line up the interview schedules based off of the managers schedule. Having to drive back and forth and find parking at their location which was not easy, All could have been done over video as some of the managers did video in. Several questions were asked that had to do with more then one specific job that were applied for originally. Answering questions seemed like a trick because there could have been several truthful answers but it was as if it were a test. No interview should be a test, when in fact as the applicant , I was feeling their management style, communication and attitudes out as well. After 3 interviews I met with the CEO, at the time, for another interview where he was testing my knowledge and did not ask any questions about the position. Overall I was offered a position, however didn't hear back from their HR for about 3 weeks to then have a start date a couple weeks out. A timely process for sure. Keep in mind they do not mention the high maintenance attorneys that the staff has to cater to in which they will be rude and dismiss you. That I would bring up if I knew that then.
