Original job posting was listed as administrative assistant. The job duties were for two separate job openings. They do not list accurate pay. Applied on website directly. Had a phone interview within a few days of applying online, and an interview on site a week after phone interview. The pay proposed was lower than expected and since they were creating new entry level positions, (not replacing current positions) the growth and career opportunities were unclear. During the interview the pay increase scale and ratings were discussed and it seemed like a slow climb depending on performance. I was offered the position before I left the parking lot after interview. I was offered a few dollars over the original amount offered, meaning they do take experience into consideration. Ultimately had to decline the position. Company still hosting 20+ new hire orientation during COVID outbreak against recommended regulations. Did not feel that was safe or a proper way to start new employment during time of health crisis.
