I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Golden Corral (Newark, NJ)
Interview
Asked Very basic Questions and was very conversational. The Job interview process was pretty quick and made it easy to get a job offer. I would have accepted this job, but i got accepted somewhere else.
Very straightforward, asks about experience and availability, also asks how you handle multi-tasking and handle stressfull situations. The tell you what the expectations are for your dress. They will give different jobs for you based on your section as far as side work goes
Very easy interview they just asked me behavioral questions and also asked me about past experiences in the service industry. They also asked me how long I intend to work there and if I am applying to other positions
Super easy it was basically just a conversation and no questions were really asked. It was very laid back and I felt comfortable enough to laugh. The guy who interviewed me was super cool
