The interview process was disorganized and lacked clear communication. After a virtual interview and an in person interview, I received a rejection, then was later contacted and asked to return for another in person interview requiring significant travel. After that interview, there was no follow up until I reached out myself, at which point I received a generic rejection. Expectations and structure shifted throughout the process, making it feel inefficient and disrespectful of candidates’ time.
